Policies

 

Deposits/Payments

  • A 30% deposit is required for all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a booking which must be serviced within 30 days of original appointment.
  • Only bank E-transfer is accepted for deposit.
  • Bank E-Transfer and/or cash is accepted at time of service completion and for products.
  • Credit cards are not currently accepted.
  • No Gratuity/No Tipping is policy. The public should not have to supplement anyone's income with gratuities/tips. This comes from having been on both sides of the issue. Your biz is appreciated!
  • There is a minimum fee of $70 for mobile service at your residence.
  • Parking fees are not included and will be added to the service fee.
  • A travel fee may apply if service extends outside of current service areas (see boundary maps).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations or you will be charged the 30% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a booking which must be serviced within 30 days of original appointment. Thereafter, any future booking will require an additional 30% deposit.

If the booking was made on the same day, please notify us at least 3 hours prior to cancellation or 15% of the 30% deposit will be charged.

e-Gift certificates

  • are for services only. Products are not included;
  • are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit on unused portions;
  • are non-transferable;
  • must be redeemed within 60-days of purchase;
  • if certificate's value does not cover the full amount of the service the bearer is responsible for paying the remaining balance;
  • unused balance will be applied to a future appointment and not redeemed for cash or credit: and
  • We are not liable for any certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission and no reissue will be provided.

 

Requirements

  • You are required to provide two chairs, power and water source in a non-smoking home. MOB NAILS (mobile) will provide the manicure table, equipment and products.
  • The nail tech will require a few minutes for both set-up and clean-up of the work area upon completion of service including taking away any disposables.
  • Clients 16 years and under must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • Please do not book if you are sick with a cold or within 7 days post cold.

 

Media Consent

You permit to the taking of pictures and videos of your service for the possible use on, (if any), the service provider's social media and promotional mediums.

 

Liability, Waiver

By booking and receiving mobile nail service you agree that you have been provided with descriptions, options and pricing for nail enhancements and products You are permitting the nail technician to apply the necessary chemicals as part of the service in your nail treatment. The nail technician is not responsible for accidents or property damage. You release the nail professional from all liability and injury, including potential risks, such as allergic, chemical, or other adverse reactions. You understand and accept the policies and terms and will sign a release prior to your mobile service appointment.
